StockX 10 Year

Client: StockX

Location: Detroit, Michigan

Completed: 2026

Project Team: Victor Lee

Collaborators: Supper, Display Group

Canal Street Lab collaborated with Supper on the spatial design for StockX 10X, a multi-day activation in Detroit celebrating StockX’s 10-year anniversary during 313 Day weekend.

Conceived as an experiential retail and programming space, the project was organized around two freestanding volumes that established circulation and spatial order. Acting as both partition and infrastructure, the structures guided movement while supporting display, storage, and back-of-house functions.

A continuous aluminum panel system wrapped the volumes, integrating shelving, illuminated panels, and embedded screens into a unified architectural surface. Diffuse lighting created moments of emphasis throughout, while a large-scale rear screen anchored panels, events, and live programming.

Canal Street Lab’s role focused on developing the retail system, spatial design, and architectural coordination, translating retail, media, and event programming into a compact, adaptable environment for StockX’s anniversary celebration.
